The home of Michelin Star chef Raymond Blanc OBE and Chef Patissier, Benoit Blin was the host to this beautiful wedding styled shoot where we created one of our signature Indulgence Bars as well as an elegant and stylish 4 tier wedding cake inside the classic dining room at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxford. With Michelin-starred menus, sumptuous interiors, expansive walled gardens and being in the heart of the English countryside, Belmond Le Manoir conjures a certain romance that’s impossible to resist.

The Details...

We strive to create beautiful cakes with details that suit the room they will be displayed in. The private dining room, La Belle Époque at Belmond Le Manoir is beautifully traditional with a touch of elegance and so we created our cake to match with these individually hand crafted and edible flowers.

Those who get married or privately dine at Belmond Le Manoir, have the ability to consult directly with Head Chef (and trainer of the best chefs in the World), Gary Jones to create a gastronomic menu that celebrates seasonal homegrown produce.

Refined and delicate Indulgence Bar treats in beautiful pastel shades including appropriate heart shaped cookies, miniature cupcakes and cake pops, some embellished with silver leaf.

On either side of the main cake we designed two single tier cakes, one in a dark navy to contrast the lighter pastel shades and the other in ivory and pink with a unique rough crystallised finish.
