Wedding Cake & Indulgence Bar
We had the pleasure of creating a luxuriously healthy Indulgnce Bar for Olympic speed skater and celebrity trainer, Sarah Lindsay at Sunbeam Studios, Ladbroke Hall in Kensington & Chelsea. This unique Indulgence Bar had a twist, it featured a guilt free side and a care free side.
The carefree side of the contemporary display consisted of our ever popular classic sweet treats such as, chocolate covered oreos, coconut ice, cookies, donuts, rice krispie treats, brownies and cupcakes.
Donut stacks on wood blocks along with cupcakes and treats inside rustic white wooden crates and cracked mirrored glass bowls of meringue kisses...
The design focussed on rustic elegance. Natural tones such as chocolates, beiges, taupes, ivories with touches of gold...
The guilt free side include a range of healthy, protein filled goodies such as cranberry protein balls, oatmeal and raisin cookies, fruit cupcakes, oat bars, sweet potato crackers and gluten free crisps amongst others.
The stunning five tier cake had exposed sponge with a swept buttercream effect, gold leaf specks, handcrafted sugarflower details with flavours including almond based cherry bakewell, lemon, plus a gluten and dairy free vanilla. Accompanying the cake were two macarons towers.
